All of the recipes are developed/ adapted in my own kitchen. If you are looking for “diet recipes” then you have come to the wrong blog. The essential criteria for inclusion is of course that they are Scrummy! I also try and use ingredients that have distinct health benefits, usually using seasonal produce that reflect my love of the countryside and Great Britain. Having said that, you will notice that many of the recipes are suitable for vegetarians and several are low fat. We all know about portion control and we are all adults who can make our own decisions. So I’m not going to go there apart from to say that these recipes are designed for active, outdoorsy people.
